DO I NEED TO INSTALL ANYTHING?

No. Remote Agent runs entirely in the browser through Blackbox Cloud at cloud.blackbox.ai. Just sign in with Google or GitHub, connect a repo, and start dispatching tasks.

WHAT GIT PROVIDERS ARE SUPPORTED?

GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket are all supported with automatic PR creation and branch management. Self-hosted instances are available on Enterprise plans with SSO integration.

CAN I RUN MULTIPLE AGENTS AT ONCE?

Yes. You can run multiple agents simultaneously on different tasks, or enable Multi-Agent mode to dispatch the same task to Blackbox, Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini in parallel. An AI judge evaluates each implementation and selects the best result.

HOW ARE AGENTS SANDBOXED?

Each task runs in an isolated cloud sandbox with its own file system, network, and process boundaries. Agents can install dependencies, run tests, and build projects within their sandbox without affecting other tasks.

WHICH AI MODELS CAN I USE?

Remote Agent supports frontier and open-source models including Claude Opus-4.6, GPT-5.2, Gemini-3, Grok-4, Llama, and Mistral. You select your preferred model and provider before each task, and can use different models for different tasks.

IS THERE A FREE TIER?

Yes. The free tier includes unlimited requests using the Grok Code Fast Model through the Blackbox provider, including multi-agent mode. Pro ($10/mo), Pro Plus ($20/mo), and Pro Max ($40/mo) unlock additional frontier and open-source models plus higher concurrency limits.

HOW IS MY CODE KEPT SECURE?

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3, and data at rest uses AES-256 encryption. Enterprise plans offer end-to-end encryption with zero-knowledge architecture, on-premise deployment, and air-gapped environments for full data sovereignty.
